  1. DEFINITIONS

Company / Seller:
Refers to STEPARIS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16799038, with its registered office at International House, 36–38 Cornhill, London, United Kingdom, EC3V 3NG, operating the online store Molvery at https://molvery.com.

Molvery / Website / Platform:
The online retail platform owned and operated by the Company, through which customers may purchase consumer electronics and household appliances.

Buyer / Customer:
A natural person aged 18 or over, acting as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or a legal entity purchasing products for lawful purposes.

Contract:
A legally binding agreement for the sale of goods between the Company and the Buyer, formed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Products / Goods:
Household appliances, electronics, and other accessories made available for sale by the Company via the Website.

Delivery Partner:
A third-party entity authorised by the Company to store and deliver Products to Buyers on behalf of the Company.

Account:
A registered user profile on the Website containing the Buyer’s personal and order information.

Privacy Policy:
A separate document explaining how personal data is collected, processed, and protected by the Company in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Terms:
These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, which govern all sales and use of the Website.

 

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. These Terms govern all purchases made through the Website. By creating an Account or completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2.2. The Company sells Products directly to Buyers and is the sole contracting party for all transactions concluded on the Website. Products may be physically delivered by an authorised Delivery Partner, but the Company remains fully responsible for fulfilling all contractual obligations, including returns, refunds, and complaints.
2.3. The Buyer must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an Order.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect changes in legislation, technology, or operational processes.

  • Any substantial updates will be communicated via the Website or email.
  • Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.5. The Company may restrict or suspend access to the Website for maintenance or upgrades. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
2.6. Personal data necessary for order processing will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

 

  1. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

3.1. Orders may be placed through the Website using:

  • A registered Molvery Account; or
  • Guest checkout (without registration).

3.2. The Buyer must provide complete and accurate details to process the Order and must confirm acceptance of these Terms before submission.
3.3. Upon placing an Order, the Buyer receives an Order Acknowledgment confirming receipt. The Contract of Sale is deemed concluded once the Company issues an Order Confirmation email and successfully processes payment.
3.4. Product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the Website form part of the Contract, subject to clause 6 (Pricing and Payment).
3.5. All Orders are subject to product availability. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel Orders where Products are unavailable, in which case the Buyer will be notified and refunded in full.
3.6. Order details are stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Policy and may be accessed via the Buyer’s Account or upon request.

  1. BUYER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Buyer Rights
The Buyer is entitled to:

  • Purchase goods lawfully offered on the Website;
  • Receive clear pre-contractual information as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013;
  • Withdraw from a Contract within 14 days of delivery (see Section 9);
  • Receive goods that:
  • match their description and images,
  • are of satisfactory quality,
  • are fit for their intended purpose, and
  • comply with all applicable safety and consumer standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
    • Request repair, replacement, or refund in case of faulty or misdescribed goods;
    • Contact customer support via support@molvery.com for assistance or complaints.

4.2. Buyer Obligations
The Buyer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information;
  • Use the Website in compliance with applicable law and these Terms;
  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct;
  • Pay in full for any Products ordered;
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and immediately report any unauthorized account access.

4.3. The Buyer acknowledges that certain Products may require technical installation, updates, or compatibility verification. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring suitability before completing the purchase.

 

  1. COMPANY (SELLER) OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The Company undertakes to:

  • Supply Products in conformity with the Contract and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
  • Deliver goods to the Buyer in a timely manner; delivery may be fulfilled by an authorised Delivery Partner;
  • Handle returns, cancellations, and complaints in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015;
  • Respond to Buyer inquiries and complaints within 14 calendar days;
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and specifications;
  • Ensure all personal data processing is compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel Orders in the following circumstances:

  • Payment has not been successfully authorized;
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer details were provided;
  • Product pricing or description errors occurred (see Section 6.4);
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

5.3. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded in full without undue delay.
5.4. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure or courier delays.

 

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.1. All prices displayed are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

6.2. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Major credit and debit cards;
  • PayPal and other approved online payment gateways;
  • Bank transfer or alternative methods displayed at checkout.

6.3. Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the Order. Transactions are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

6.4. Pricing Errors: If an error in price or product description is discovered after an Order is placed:

  • The Buyer will be notified;
  • The Buyer may confirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it;
  • Full refund will be issued if cancelled.

6.5. Invoices are issued electronically and comply with UK tax requirements.

6.6. Currency and Fees: If payment is made in a currency other than EUR, conversion fees may apply. The Buyer is responsible for any such charges.

 

  1. DELIVERY

7.1. Delivery Options

  • Products are shipped to the Buyer’s chosen address via authorized Delivery Partners;
  • Options include home/business delivery, Click & Collect, partner collection points, and parcel lockers.

7.2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times are displayed at checkout;
  • Delivery times are estimates. The Company is not liable for delays caused by Delivery Partners, customs, or events outside its reasonable control.

7.3. Inspection Upon Receipt

  • Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt;
  • Report visible damage or missing items within 48 hours;
  • Reporting defects does not affect statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 for latent defects.

7.4. Transfer of Risk and Title

  • Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery;
  • Title transfers upon full payment.

7.5. Failed Delivery

  • Incorrect delivery details or refusal may incur reasonable additional costs;
  • Re-delivery arranged after Buyer rectifies the situation.

 

  1. WARRANTY AND PRODUCT QUALITY

8.1 Legal Warranty: Products comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015. Minor deviations do not constitute defects.

8.2 Manufacturer Warranty: Certain Products may include manufacturer or extended warranty. Claims follow Product instructions.

8.3 Faulty Products: Buyers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. Full refund applies if defect is substantial.

8.4 Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

  1. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

9.1 Right to Cancel: Buyers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.

9.2 Start of Cancellation Period: Begins on receipt of the last item if multiple deliveries.

9.3 How to Cancel: Email support@molvery.com or submit cancellation form via Website.

9.4 Refunds After Cancellation: Full payments (excluding extra delivery costs chosen by Buyer) refunded within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

9.5 Return Shipping Costs: Buyer pays unless goods are defective, wrong, or otherwise covered by law.

9.6 Defective or Incorrect Products: Company arranges repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping covered by Company if necessary. Even when delivery is made by a Delivery Partner, all returns, refunds, or complaints are handled by the Company. The Company coordinates with its partner to ensure Buyer rights are fulfilled.

9.7 Refund Method: Refunds issued using original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

9.8 Exclusions: Non-refundable items include sealed hygiene products once opened and certain digital content.

 

  1. LIABILITY

10.1 Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for lawful use of Website and account security.

10.2 Limitation of Liability: Company not liable for damages caused by third-party links, Buyer negligence, technical failures, or events beyond reasonable control. Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud cannot be excluded.

10.3 Role of Company: Company coordinates payment processing, delivery via partners, and handles refunds, customer support, and inquiries. Products may be physically delivered by authorized Delivery Partners.

10.4 The Company retains full responsibility to ensure Products conform to the Contract, handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints.

 

  1. MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS

11.1 Promotions: Campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs may be conducted by the Company. Terms displayed at time of offer.

11.2 Marketing Communications: Buyers may receive communications if opted in; consent can be withdrawn anytime.

 

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Governing Law: Laws of England and Wales govern these Terms and transactions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: Parties should attempt amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before courts of England and Wales.

12.3 Consumer Redress: UK consumers may contact Citizens Advice in addition to statutory rights.
